# §450oo–2. Procurement of other lands within monument


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to procure any and all other lands or interests therein within the monument, including, but not limited to, any and all nontrust lands therein owned in fee simple by the Grand Portage Band of Chippewa Indians, Minnesota, and the council of said band is authorized to sell and convey such nontrust lands to the United States of America.
