# §450jj–10. Designation of Gateway Arch National Park

- (a) **Redesignation—** The Jefferson National Expansion [Memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) established under sections [450jj](/usc/16/450jj.md) to [450jj–9](/usc/16/450jj–9.md) of this title shall be known and designated as the “Gateway Arch National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3)”.
- (b) **References—** Any reference in a law, [map](/usc/16/430f–7.md?p=1), regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Jefferson National Expansion [Memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) shall be considered to be a reference to the “Gateway Arch National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3)”.
