# §450ff–5. Administrative jurisdiction of Federal lands


The heads of executive departments may transfer to the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, without exchange of funds, administrative jurisdiction over such federally owned lands and other property under their administrative jurisdictions within the revised boundary as may become excess to the needs of their respective agencies, for inclusion in the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.
