# §4504. Administrative provisions

- (a) **Coordination of activities—** The [Secretary](/usc/16/4503d.md?p=2) shall coordinate all activities outside of the United States under this chapter with other Federal officials, departments, agencies, and international organizations, as the President may require.
- (b) **Assistance—** The [Secretary](/usc/16/4503d.md?p=2) may provide assistance, as determined appropriate by the [Secretary](/usc/16/4503d.md?p=2) to carry out this chapter, including technical and financial assistance, equipment, and facilities without reimbursement.
