# §440a. Change in name of Fort McHenry Park


The Fort McHenry National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), in the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of Maryland, authorized by sections [437](/usc/16/437.md) to [440](/usc/16/440.md) of this title, shall hereafter be called and known as the “Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine”, and all moneys heretofore or hereafter appropriated for this [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) under previous designations may be used in this [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) as redesignated.
