# §430uu–4. Authorization of appropriation


There are authorized to be appropriated such sums not exceeding $42,500 as are necessary for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and interests in land pursuant to sections [430uu](/usc/16/430uu.md) to 430uu–4 of this title.
