# §430uu–3. Jurisdiction


There is hereby retroceded to the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of Montana, effective when accepted by said [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) in accordance with its laws, such jurisdiction as has been ceded by such [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) to the United States over any lands within the boundaries of the Big Hole National Battlefield reserving in the United States, however, concurrent legislative jurisdiction over such lands.
