# §430uu–4. Authorization of appropriation


There are authorized to be appropriated such sums not exceeding $42,500 as are necessary for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and interests in land pursuant to [sections 430uu to 430uu–4](/usc/16/430uu..430uu–4.md) of this title.
