# §430h–12. Administration


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) shall administer any properties acquired under sections [430h–10](/usc/16/430h–10.md) to [430h–13](/usc/16/430h–13.md) of this title as part of the Vicksburg National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
