# §428n. Change in name to Fort Donelson National Battlefield


Upon [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of the additional lands pursuant to authority contained in sections [428k](/usc/16/428k.md) to [428o](/usc/16/428o.md) of this title, the Fort Donelson National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) shall be redesignated by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior as the Fort Donelson National Battlefield, notice thereof shall be published in the Federal Register, and any remaining balance of funds appropriated for purposes of the Fort Donelson National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) shall be available for the purposes of the Fort Donelson National Battlefield.
