# §426l. Redesignation; availability of appropriations


Stones River National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) is redesignated as the Stones River National Battlefield, and any remaining balance of funds appropriated for the purpose of the Stones River National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) shall be available for the purpose of Stones River National Battlefield.
