# §424a–2. Conveyance of portion of park to Georgia


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, in his discretion, is authorized to convey, without consideration but under such terms and conditions as he may deem advisable, to the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of Georgia all of lot 78 and approximately one hundred and fifty acres of lot 114, Eleventh District, fourth section, of Dade County, Georgia, now a part of the Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
