# §424a–1. Acceptance of donations of lands and other property on Signal Mountain


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, in his discretion, is authorized to accept, on behalf of the United States, donations of lands, buildings, structures, and other property, or interests therein, on Signal Mountain near Chattanooga, Tennessee, for [addition](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-2) to the Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), the title to such property or interests to be satisfactory to him. Upon [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1), such lands shall be a part of the Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and shall be subject to all laws and regulations applicable thereto.
