# §423l–1. Short title; definitions

- (a) **Short title—** Sections 423l–1 to [423l–6](/usc/16/423l–6.md) of this title may be cited as the “Richmond National Battlefield Park Act of 2000”.
- (b) **Definitions—** In sections 423l–1 to [423l–6](/usc/16/423l–6.md) of this title:
  - (1) **Battlefield park—** The term “battlefield park” means the Richmond National Battlefield Park.
  - (2) **Secretary—** The term “[Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1)” means the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior.
