# §423h–1. Redesignation of park


The Petersburg National Military [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), established under authority of sections [423](/usc/16/423.md), [423a](/usc/16/423a.md), and [423b](/usc/16/423b.md) to [423h](/usc/16/423h.md) of this title, and enlarged pursuant to sections [423a–1](/usc/16/423a–1.md) and [423a–2](/usc/16/423a–2.md) of this title, is redesignated the Petersburg National Battlefield.
