# §423g. Rules and regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, subject to the approval of the President, shall have the power to make and shall make all needful rules and regulations for the care of the battlefield, and for the establishment and marking of lines of battle and other historical features of the battlefield.
