# §410zzz–4. Saint-Gaudens Memorial


The Saint-Gaudens [Memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) having by its active interest preserved for posterity this important site, its structures, objects, and cultural values, the executive committee thereof shall, upon establishment of the Saint-Gaudens National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), serve in an advisory capacity to the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior in matters relating to its preservation, development, and use.
