# §410yy–5. General management plan


Not later than 3 fiscal years after October 27, 1992, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410yy–1.md?p=3) shall prepare, in consultation with the [Commission](/usc/16/410yy–1.md?p=1), and submit to Congress a general [management plan](/usc/16/544.md?p=k) for the [park](/usc/16/410yy–1.md?p=2) containing the information described in [section 100502 of title 54](/usc/54/100502.md). Such plan shall interpret the technological and social history of the [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A), and the industrial complexes of the Calumet and Hecla, and Quincy Mining Companies, with equal emphasis.
