# §410yy–1. Definitions


As used in this subchapter, the term—

- (1) “Commission” means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation Advisory Commission established by [section 410yy–8 of this title](/usc/16/410yy–8.md).
- (2) “park” means the Keweenaw National Historical Park established by [section 410yy–2(a)(1) of this title](/usc/16/410yy–2.md?p=a-1).
- (3) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
