# §410x. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated such sums, but not more than $13,900,000, as may be needed for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and interests in lands and for development of the Minute Man National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), of which not more than $10,900,000 shall be used for [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) purposes, and in [addition](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-2) thereto, such sums as may be needed for its administration and maintenance. For fiscal years after fiscal year 1991, there is authorized to be appropriated an additional $15,000,000 for development and an additional $7,300,000 for [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and interests in lands.
