# §410ww–5. Cooperation of Federal agencies


Any Federal entity conducting or supporting activities directly affecting the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) shall—

- (1) consult with, cooperate with, and to the maximum extent practicable, coordinate its activities with the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1); and
- (2) conduct or support such activities in a manner which—
  - (A) to the maximum extent practicable is consistent with the standards and criteria established pursuant to [section 410ww–22(b)(9) of this title](/usc/16/410ww–22.md?p=b-9); and
  - (B) to the maximum extent practicable will not have an adverse effect on the historic resources of the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
