# §410ww–2. Park general management plan

- (a) **In general—** Not later than 3 complete fiscal years after October 16, 1992, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1), with the advice of the [Commission](/usc/16/544.md?p=c), shall prepare and submit to the Congress a general [management plan](/usc/16/544.md?p=k) for the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) which includes but is not limited to the information described in [section 100502 of title 54](/usc/54/100502.md), and which [takes](/usc/16/3102.md?p=18) into account the preservation and development plan developed under [section 410ww–22 of this title](/usc/16/410ww–22.md).
- (b) **Park partnerships—** The [management plan](/usc/16/544.md?p=k) shall identify partnership opportunities between the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) and other Federal, [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a), and local governments and the private sector for the development, use, and interpretation of properties within the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
