# §410vv–7. General management plan


Not later than 3 complete fiscal years after August 26, 1992, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) shall develop and transmit a general [management plan](/usc/16/544.md?p=k) for the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) to the Committee on Natural Resources of the United States House of Representatives and to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the United States Senate.
