# §410uu–4. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and interests in land within the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), the conduct of archeological studies on lands within and adjacent to the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), and the development of facilities for interpretation of the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
