# §410uu–2. Cooperative agreements


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) may enter into a cooperative agreement with the Ohio Historical Society, the Archeological[^1] Conservancy, and other public and private entities for consultation and assistance in the interpretation and management of the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
