# §410kkk. Definitions


As used in this subchapter:

- (1) **Park—** The term “park” means the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park designated in [section 410kkk–1 of this title](/usc/16/410kkk–1.md).
- (2) **Secretary—** The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
