# §410jj–9. Authorization of appropriations


Effective October 1, 1981, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this subchapter but not to exceed $2,500,000 for [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and interests in lands and $1,000,000 for development.
