# §410jj–8. Reevaluation of management, etc., policies


At such time when there is no longer a resident patient community at Kalaupapa, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) shall reevaluate the policies governing the management, administration, and public use of the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) in order to identify any changes deemed to be appropriate.
