# §410ii–7. Authorization of appropriation


Effective October 1, 1981, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter but not to exceed $11,000,000 for [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) and $500,000 for development.
