# §410hh–3. Native selections


Valid [Native Corporation](/usc/16/3102.md?p=6) selections, or lands identified for selection by [Regional Corporations](/usc/16/3102.md?p=7) pursuant to section 17(d)(2)(E) of the [Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act](/usc/16/3102.md?p=5) [[43 U.S.C. 1616(d)(2)(E)](/usc/43/1616.md?p=d-2-E)], within the boundaries of the Wrangell-Saint Elias National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and [Preserve](/usc/16/698u–1.md?p=2) as established under this Act, are hereby recognized and shall be honored and conveyed by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) in accordance with the [Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act](/usc/16/3102.md?p=5) [[43 U.S.C. 1601](/usc/43/1601.md) et seq.] and this Act.
