# §410ffff–5. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this subchapter, except that not more than $4,000,000 may be appropriated for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of real and personal property.
