# §410fff–7. Withdrawal


Subject to valid existing rights, the [Federal lands](/usc/16/620e.md?p=2) identified on the [Map](/usc/16/410fff–1.md?p=2) as “BLM Withdrawal (Tract B)” (comprising approximately 1,154 acres) are hereby withdrawn from all forms of entry, appropriation or disposal under the public land laws; from location, entry, and patent under the mining laws; and from disposition under all laws relating to mineral and geothermal leasing, and all amendments thereto.
