# §410f. Limitation of Federal action during reservation period


Unless consented to by an [owner](/usc/16/429b–3.md?p=4) retaining the reservation set forth in subsection (1) of [section 410e of this title](/usc/16/410e.md), no action shall be taken by the Federal Government during the period of such reservation to purchase, [acquire](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1), or otherwise terminate or interfere with any lease or leases which may be applicable to said [owner](/usc/16/429b–3.md?p=4)’s lands.
