# §410ccc–25. Duties of other Federal agencies


Any Federal entity conducting or supporting activities directly affecting the heritage [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) shall—

- (1) consult with the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) and the [Commission](/usc/16/544.md?p=c) with respect to implementation of their proposed actions; and
- (2) to the maximum extent practicable, coordinate such activities with the [Commission](/usc/16/544.md?p=c) to minimize potential impacts on the resources of the heritage [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A).
