# §410aaa–73. Land disposal


Except as provided in [section 410aaa–26 of this title](/usc/16/410aaa–26.md), none of the lands within the boundaries of the [wilderness](/usc/16/3102.md?p=13) or [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) [areas](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) designated under this Act shall be granted to or otherwise made available for use by the Metropolitan Water District or any other agencies or [persons](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) pursuant to the Boulder Canyon Project Act ([43 U.S.C. 617–619b](https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(/us/usc/t43/s617–619b))) or any similar Acts.
