# §410aaa–57. Acquired lands to be made part of Mojave National Preserve


Any lands acquired by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) under this part shall become part of the Mojave National [Preserve](/usc/16/698u–1.md?p=2).
