# §409h. Administration of additional lands


Lands acquired pursuant to this section and [section 409g of this title](/usc/16/409g.md), unless exchanged pursuant to [section 409g of this title](/usc/16/409g.md), shall constitute a part of the Morristown National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), and be administered in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to such [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
