# §407m–5. Inclusion of additional lands and building; administration


The lands hereinbefore described and the building to be erected thereon shall become a part of the Independence National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and shall be administered in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable thereto.
