# §407b. Applicability of Federal Power Act


The provisions of the Federal Power Act [[16 U.S.C. 791a](/usc/16/791a.md) et seq.] shall not apply to or extend over the land by [section 407 of this title](/usc/16/407.md) or hereafter reserved and dedicated as the Carlsbad Caverns National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
