# §404e. Donations of money; acquisition of title to lands


In the establishment of the said Mammoth Cave National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to accept donations of money for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and rights therein and to [acquire](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) the same by purchase, condemnation, or otherwise.
