# §404b–1. Exclusion of Great Onyx and Crystal Caves


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized, in his discretion, to exclude the Great Onyx Cave and the Crystal Cave, or either of them, from the maximum boundaries of the said [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), and the [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) required for general development of the said [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) by [section 404b of this title](/usc/16/404b.md), is modified accordingly.
