# §403k–2. Addition of lands to Great Smoky Mountains National Park


So much of the twenty-five-acre tract of land in Forney’s Creek Township, Swain County, North Carolina, lying north of Lake Cheoah, proposed to be donated to the United States by the Carolina Aluminum Company, as now lies outside of the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) boundaries authorized by sections [403](/usc/16/403.md) and [403a](/usc/16/403a.md) to [403c](/usc/16/403c.md) of this title, shall upon acceptance by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, become a part of the Great Smoky Mountains National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and shall be subject to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to said [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
