# §403h. Inclusion of acquired lands


All lands purchased from funds heretofore allocated and made available by Executive order, or otherwise, or which hereafter may be allocated and made available for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands for conservation or forestation purposes within the maximum boundaries of the Great Smoky Mountains National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) as authorized by sections [403](/usc/16/403.md) and [403a](/usc/16/403a.md) to [403c](/usc/16/403c.md) of this title, are made a part of the said [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) as fully as if originally acquired for that purpose.
