# §4007. Voluntary payments


Any [person](/usc/16/4003.md?p=11) may make voluntary payments to assist the [National Council](/usc/16/4003.md?p=10) to carry out its annual [marketing and promotion](/usc/16/4003.md?p=8) plan and annual budget. The [Secretary](/usc/16/4003.md?p=16) shall deposit such payments into the [Fund](/usc/16/4003.md?p=4).
