# §361e. Acceptance of donations


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized, in his discretion, to accept on behalf of the United States donations of lands or interests in land within the city limits of Hot Springs, Arkansas, the title to such lands or interests in land to be satisfactory to said [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1). Upon the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of such lands or interests in land, they shall become a part of the Hot Springs National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and shall be subject to all laws and regulations applicable thereto.
