# §352. Game refuge; killing game


The said [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) is established as a game refuge, and no [person](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) shall kill any game in said [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) except under an order from the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior for the protection of [persons](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) or to protect or prevent the extermination of other animals or birds.
