# §3341. Regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Commerce and the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior may each promulgate such regulations, in accordance with [section 553 of title 5](/usc/5/553.md), as may be necessary to carry out his functions under this chapter.
