# §3336. Special provision


On the date the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) approves the program under [section 3333 of this title](/usc/16/3333.md), the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) shall be treated as having expended such portion of $32,000,000 as the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) deems appropriate for purposes of implementing the program.
