# §291. Establishment; acceptance of land


The [Secretary](/usc/16/284j.md?p=1) of the Interior is authorized to accept the donation by the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of Indiana of approximately seventeen acres of land comprising the George Rogers Clark [Memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) in Vincennes, Indiana, for establishment and administration as the George Rogers Clark National Historical [Park](/usc/16/284j.md?p=2).
