# §253. Apportionment of income among counties


The income of each county receiving moneys from the Olympic National Forest, under [section 500 of this title](/usc/16/500.md), shall be proportional to the total [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) of each county in the Olympic National Forest and the Olympic National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) combined.
